Coaching Clinics

Lightning has USA-TF Certified coaches and offers coaching clinics to school districts, private schools, or city recreational activities. 

In a coaching clinic, the coach teaches the fundamentals of running and training. Coaches teach the proper sequence of training step by step. Here is a typical coaching clinic: 

1) Warm-up 

2) Dynamic Stretching 

3) Motivation

4) Running Workout 

5) Cool-down 

6) Static Stretching 

7) Breathing/guided imagery or visualization.
