Social Media/Photo and/or Video Release  

We hereby grant Lightning Youth Academy/Lighting Youth Running Club and anyone authorized by the Lightning Youth Academy/Lighting Youth Running Club the unrestricted and irrevocable right to reproduce, publish, and otherwise use photographs or videos of us and our image thereof in all forms and media and in all manners, including but not limited to website, Facebook, Instagram, Blast Athletics, publications, and brochures.  

We further irrevocably authorize the Lightning Youth Academy/Lighting Youth Running Club to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the images to publicize the Lightning Youth Academy/Lighting Youth Running Club programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, we waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including a written or electronic copy, wherein our image appears.   Additionally, we waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the images or videos.  

We understand and agree that the images are the property of Lightning Youth Academy/Lighting Youth Running Club and will not be returned. 

We hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Lightning Youth Academy/Lighting Youth Running Club and its elected and appointed officials, officers, employees, and agents from all claims, demands, and cause of action which we, our heirs, representative, executors, administrators or any other persons acting in our behalf or on behalf of our state have or may have by reason of the use of the images or videos.  

We are at least 18 years of age, or I am the parent/legal guardian and competent to contract in our name. We have read this release before signing below, and we fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
