DESCRIPTION:
· The Lightning Wellness Run/Walk is a one-mile recreational event open to the community regardless of skill level. It starts at 7:30 a.m.
KEY TIMES:
· 7:00 am– Team packet & individual bib pick up begins
· 7:30 am– First Event: Open for the community and include runners, walkers, joggers, and adults regardless of age or gender.
· 8:00 am-First Youth Race
DISTANCE, SCHEDULE & AGE DIVISION: Times are approximate and a rolling schedule.
· 1 Mile Run/Walk: Open to the Community (Adults & Youth) @ 7:30 am
REGISTRATION:
· Entry Dateline is Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 11:59 pm on RunSignUp and Athletic.net
· Registration for the recreational 1-mile community run/walk for schools and individual runners. Register via RunSignUp:

AGES & ELIGIBILITY:
· 1 Mile Run/Walk Open for the Community: No age eligibility
ENTRY FEE:
· Community Recreational 1-Mile Event: $15.00
o Entry fee must be paid through Run Sign Up

· Registration and entry fees are non-refundable
· Pick-up Bibs and Packets: 7:00 am on Sunday at the registration table.
MEET RESULTS:
· Results will be available live through SoCal Timing and Athletic.net live results. Final meet results will be posted online through Athletic.net
· All registered participants will have a bib number and will have an official timing result.
CHECK-IN:
· All participants must check in at the start line. Please observe the flow of the meet and get your runners to the line at the appropriate time.
INDIVIDUAL & TEAM AWARDS:
· Individual awards will be awarded a medal to the top 3 for males and females and Orange County hats for the top 10. Ribbons will be given to the rest of the runners.
TEAM SCORING
· The top 5 will score points in all divisions.
· The top 3 team will get a 1st, 2nd or 3rd place plaque
