Practice Locations in OC & LA

Practice Locations: Santa Ana & Long Beach

Training is a priority for our athletes. In Santa Ana, we work with the City of Santa Ana Parks and Recreation and reserve the local parks and all-weather track to provide a healthy training environment. We only practice on grass, dirt, trails, or all-weather track. Running on these surfaces is vital for youth runners and their training development.

Practice locations vary depending on the type of training. For example, speed workouts focus on the all-weather track and while recovery days are grass or soft dirt. Please scroll down for the most updated practice locations. Through our Lightning WhatsApp group, the head coach will send weekly and daily reminders for practice locations.
