Mental Performance Camp
@ Delhi Center
July 28th to July 31, 2026
At Lightning Youth Academy camps, mental performance coaching is a core component of athlete development. We teach young athletes practical, age-appropriate psychological skills that improve focus, confidence, emotional intelligence and consistency on and off the track. Our approach blends sports psychology principles with hands-on training, giving youth athletes tools they can use immediately and throughout their athletic journeys.
The Mental & Performance Camp focuses on teaching youth on emotional intelligence, mental performance training, stress, social skills, communication, and self-empowerment.
